I want to start by thanking MacMedia / EtchaMac for their insight to UNIX and Mac OS X Server. All of us at DMUG appreciate taking the time and effort to present.

We finish off the year with a bang with our Mac IT meeting with very special guest MacMedia. The meeting will be Thursday, December, 8 at 6PM in Room 111 covering UNIX, Open-Source and interoperability.

Coming out early this time (well sortof), our meeting will take place Tuesday, November 22 @ 6 PM in Room number 203. Fink and it's GUI counterpart Fink commander will be be discussed as well as future plans and maybe even some surprise elections. Hope to have a good turnout.

Yes, today is our meeting (sorry for the short notice but I have been busy)and as stated earlier, it will be about Podcasting. There is a minor change to the meeting and that is that it will be in Room 111 instead of Room 116. Hope to see you there.


Kicking off the meeting I would like to put up some designs I came up with promoting DMUG in general, please feel free to place comments on them (I welcome and appreciate criticism but don't support flaming so don't do it)

Yes, it's true, I'm leaving devry. I'm going to still be in the area, but going to ASU which actually knows what linux is.

Now that school is out, I will maybe even have time to finish things and get rid of that silly dark gray bar to the right. Also have to make a place for some adds cause nothing is free.

Yes, well although the semester is about to end (tomorrow for me), I want to remind all of our members about our meeting on Thursday, 10 November 2005. The topic for our opening meeting will focus on podcasting and videocasting, from making your own to the best ways to get pod and videocasts as well as our club favorites. We want to also focus on the fast-approaching MacWorld Conference and Expo. Feel free to leave in the comments suggested meeting times as well as other meeting topics of discussion.
